Keegans were instructed to prepare a specification of works, obtain tenders and contract administrate the external repairs and redecoration works at this property, through to completion.
The works comprised of roof repairs, window care repairs, stonework repairs, stone cleaning, and decorations to all previously decorated surfaces.
Keegans have prepared the specification and issued this to tender. Following receipt of all the tenders, these were analysed and a report prepared and issued to the client. The report contains the analysis of the broken down costs provided by each contractor, and Keegans recommendation as to the most suitable contractor to carry out these works to the high standard required.
