20 Cadogan Gardens, Chelsea

Keegans were instructed by Cadogan Estates Ltd c/o RMG  to act as contract administrator for the internal repairs and redecorations to the communal areas of 20 Cadogan Gardens.

Keegans prepared the specification, and appointed a contractor via competitive tender and acted as contract administrator for the works on site. The project involved complete internal redecoration, rewiring, new emergency lighting, new hard-wired fire alarm system and new video door-entry systems to each flat. Keegans had to work closely with the managing agent and contractor in order to complete the works within the 6 week contract period, and maintain good communication with the residents in the block.

The project was successfully completed within the contract period on budget.
