Keegans were instructed to prepare a specification of works, obtain tenders and then to administer the works on site for the external repairs and redecorations.  The works comprised roof repairs, window care repairs, stonework repairs, render repairs and decorations to all the previously painted surfaces.

Keegans prepared the specification and appointed a contractor via a competitive tender.  During the works the building was in full ocupation therefore access to the site and security was very important.

The works were carried out to a high standard and the building has been visually and physically enhanced as a result of the works carried out.

The project was completed on time and within the contract sum.  Keegans have now been instructed to act as Contract Administrator for the internal re-decorations of the block to be undertaken in 2009.
