Keegans were instructed by managing agents of 1-27 Church Close to act as Contract Administrators for the external repairs and redecorations works to the residential areas of this building. The block consists of 27no. flats and 6no. retail units. Keegans prepared a specification of works, tendered and contract administrated the project on site through to completion.
The buildings elevations underwent cleaning to remove the dirt and pollution build-up. A specialist masonry cleaning sub-contractor has been employed to chemically clean the brickwork and water-clean the stonework.
Keegans also acted as CDM Co-ordinator for this project. Our CDM Co-ordinator prepared a Pre-Construction Health & Safety plan, and filed an F10 with the HSE. Keegans' CDM Co-ordinator was on hand throughout the project for all health and safety matters.
The works were completed within the contract sum and to a high standard.
