Keegans provided quantity surveying services for the Bounds Green Children's Centre. The centre is situated within Bounds Green School and has both Junior and Infants school facilities on the site.
Keegans was appointed to follow through the construction period cost consultancy and appraise the Client of costs for additional requirements with an on-going expanded brief.
Works included alterations to provide new main entrance extension, with secure reception, admin offices, toilets, buggy store, etc In the Junior School works included; clear sheet covered walkway to the Infants School, alterations to Infants School with new entrance to playroom with food servery, new reception, extended covered play area and sundry redecoration works, all newly refurbished areas complete with LST radiator heating, lighting, power and data/communications and externally a new video entry and security system for the whole site.
