Keegans were appointed to act on behalf of a Manchester based Property Management Company to provide Professional Advice on some of their Southern region portfolio.
This included the preparation and negotiation of a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidation on the existing High Street retail unit and serving on the existing tenant respectively.
Our input here involved analysis of the existing lease documentation and licence documentation to determine the extent of any breaches incurred by the tenant including the collation of a Schedule of Dilapidations report which was served on the existing tenant. From here, Keegans went onto full negotiation with the tenant’s surveyor to agree a full and final settlement.
