Keegans awarded Portsmouth City Council Framework

Keegans have been awarded the Quantity Surveying, 4 year Framework for Portsmouth City Council to work with them on the feasibility, design, cost planning and construction of social housing schemes.
Keegans will support the Housing Development's Capital Programme which has a planned budget spend of up to £20,000,000 on fees across a number of disciplines, in the construction of 829 dwellings for social housing.
