Keegans to provide Lead Designer services to MVHA

Keegans have been appointed by United House to act as a Lead Designer to carry out a range of building surveying, quantity surveying and design services to deliver planned maintenance works to Mole Valley Housing Association's stock in order to meet the decent homes standard.

Keegans will deliver post-transfer works, decent homes and planned investment programme to rented and sheltered stock and communal areas of shared ownership/leaseholder properties. The works are likely to include the following, with exact packages and programming being determined in conjunction with Mole Valley Housing Association, their advisors, residents groups and appointed partners:

Kitchen & Bathroom Replacements
Central heating renewals
Electrical rewires and upgrades
Re-roofing of pitched and flat roofs
Entrance door replacements
Window replacements
Boundary fencing renewals
Landscaping & external works
External redecorations
PAT Testing
Asbestos Testing & associated remedial works
Cyclical works
Works to non-traditional housing
