Graduate APC Programme

As a Building Good Employer company for the last 6 years, Keegans have a proven track record of progressing careers through our graduate training, with our excellent APC programme achieving 100% pass rates in 2015 and 2016.

Our Graduate APC Programme is geared to candidates who have completed a relevant Degree/Masters and hold permanent full time positions with the company.



It is appreciated that the APC process can be daunting or even overwhelming at times, therefore when you join Keegans Graduate APC programme we allocate you a councillor and mentor to keep you on track and ensure you have all the support and help you need. Within the company there are a number of APC assessors, chairman and APC doctors to provide detailed knowledge and understanding to candidates.

Professional development is fundamental to becoming a Chartered Surveyor and Keegans provide a programme of APC seminars as well as internal, and external workshops and CPD events.

We will also provide advice and management of the enrolment process and detailed knowledge of the RICS pathways.

The company funds all the required training and resources and a weeks’ dedicated study leave for every individual, empowering you to achieve your APC within 2 years.
