BArch DipArch RIBA RIAS - Business Development DirectorAlan has 28 years experience in the design and construction industry both at home and abroad. He is responsible for business development contract procurement and Client Liaison. Alan has experience in both the Public and Private Sector, having worked for Glasgow Council and a range of Private Sector practices. Following term abroad, returned to establish a private practice, and was in the vanguard of developing the Housing Co operative movement in Scotland from feasibility, design, procurement and delivery. Assisted the formation and establishment of tenant participation and community consultation models, and continues to work with and advise Local Authorities and RSL's throughout Scotland.

BSc MRICS MAPS - Managing DirectorAndrew is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 22 years experience of all aspects of building surveying including maintenance, refurbishment, party walls and project management of residential and commercial properties.
Having qualified with the APS, Andrew worked as a planning supervisor since the CDM Regulations came into force in 1995, latterly retraining as a CDM Co-ordinator following the amendment of regulations in 2007. As Managing Director he is responsible for all operational and commercial aspects of the business.

BSc FRICS - DirectorBob is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years experience in a wide variety of aspects of the property and construction industry. In addition to QS / Cost Consultancy, Bob has performed Employer’s Agent, Procurement and Project Management Roles.
He has experience working with private and public sector organisations including Local and Central Government, social housing and education providers. Other sector experience includes commercial, custodial, health, major infrastructure projects and dispute resolution. Bob joined Keegans in early 2009.

MRICS MaPS - DirectorCampbell is a director with over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He heads the team of Consulting which includes Quantity Surveying, Project Management and CDM Co-ordinator staff and oversees the cost management and CDM Co-ordination of projects from inception to completion for Scotland and north of England. Campbell is actively involved with running projects on site. He is responsible for Human Resources and training issues related to Investors in People accreditation, Health and Safety and Finance Monitoring for Scottish offices.

BSc (Hons) ICIOB - Associate DirectorAs project manager, Henry is responsible for co-ordinating design teams in order to deliver the project milestones through the various stages of a project to requirements of the client brief. Henry sees his function as a Project Manager as a catalyst and co-ordinator in establishing co-operation between the client and the design team as well as between all design team members, facilitating informed decisions at the required time with regard to various alternatives as presented. At the construction phase Henry will keep the client constantly involved. Henry ensures that he builds a close working relationship and rapport with the contractor's key personnel. He believes the key to success in the construction phase, as with all the other phases of the development is close and effective communication.

BSc (Hons) MRICS - DirectorJamie is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 8 years post-graduate experience in Building Surveying. He has extensive experience in project management and delivery of Decent Homes Programmes, new build education projects and leading multi-disciplinary surveying and design teams gained through working with Royal Borough of Kingston, London Borough of Enfield, Wandsworth Council and a number of Housing Association clients. Jamie heads up the public sector team. Jamie is also actively involved with the RICS Matrics and is currently vice-chair of RICS Sussex Matrics.

BSc (Hons) - Associate DirectorPhilip is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years experience in all aspects of quantity surveying work for both public and private sectors, including new build and refurbishment projects. Philip joined Keegans in June 1998 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and currently has responsibility for a number of projects in the education and health sectors.

He is a confident, highly motivated individual with excellent I.T. and communication skills, who easily relates to people at all levels. Stuart offers a practical, logical approach to problem solving, focusing on team and individual working to provide innovative solutions offering best practices.

BArch - DirectorWayne is responsible for the Building & Compliance Surveying division and all ICT. Wayne has over 27 years experience in construction and property consulting. Wayne has many years experience in both public and private sectors on projects of varying sizes. In response to market requirements, Wayne has laterally focused on compliance issues such as access audits and asbestos management. Wayne has some 24 years direct experience of IT within a construction and property management environment.
William Brown
BSc AIEMA CCP (Asbestos) - Associate DirectorWilliam joined as Senior Asbestos Consultant in July 2004. Previously he has worked within the Environmental Consultancy sector, latterly with RPS Consultants, as Asbestos Manager (Scotland). With 7 years experience in the asbestos industry, William has worked on and managed the delivery of a wide range of commercial, industrial and domestic surveying projects. Recently he diversified into Environmental Impact Assessment, completing an Environmental Scoping report for a large development in London.
