Andrew Morrison

Andrew is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 33 years’ experience of all aspects of building surveying including maintenance, refurbishment, party walls, project, and contract management of residential and commercial properties and more recently has assisted a number of Clients with procurement of construction and service contracts.
Having qualified with the APS, Andrew has extensive experience of CDM Regulations having worked initial as a Planning Supervisor since the original CDM Regulations came into force in 1995, latterly retraining as a CDM Co-ordinator and more recently qualified as a Principal Designer in 2015.
As Managing Director, Andrew is responsible for all operational and commercial aspects of the business.

Andrew has over 25 years experience working as a construction professional.  His experience comes from working with a wide range of stakeholders from clients, contractors, design team professionals and other third parties, where communication and the exercising of ‘commercial judgement’ are essential.  He is used to delivering to specific targets and goals, within tight time and budget constraints, both individually and as part of a broader team.  Andrew heads up a team of quantity surveyors based in our London office.

Brian is a very experienced construction professional with a deep knowledge of the construction process in all of its aspects. He is flexible and responsive in his approach to changing client requirements and has, over his more than 30 years experience in construction, supplemented his core quantity surveying skills with those of the project manager and CDM services.

Campbell is a director with over 30 years experience in the construction industry.  He heads the team of Consulting which includes Quantity Surveying, Project Management and CDM Services staff and oversees the cost management and health & safety of projects from inception to completion for Scotland and north of England.  Campbell is actively involved with running projects on site.  He is responsible for human resources and training issues related to Investors in People accreditation, Health and Safety and Finance Monitoring for Scottish offices.

He is a results driven, self-motivated and resourceful leader with a proven ability to develop highly motivated service delivery teams.  He has a strong managerial background with senior level experience and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He leads by example with a collaborative approach that engages, motivates and encourages others.He is a very commercially aware professional with solid negotiation skills, a strong work ethic and a  flexible and  pragmatic approach to problem solving.

Eoin is the Divisional Director of Keegans London and Glasgow Quantity Surveying teams.

Ibrahim is a Quantity Surveyor and Associate Director and has extensive experience spanning over 16 years on public and private sector projects including; Education, Health, Commercial, Residential, Heritage and Infrastructural projects involving new builds and alteration/refurbishment works. He can also carry out project management duties, as well as possessing a strong knowledge base of Civil & Structural Engineering. He has the expertise and experience to manage our BIM projects and has recently completed an RICS certified project management BIM training course.

Matthew heads up the Private Sector Residential and Commercial Building Surveying team. Matthew is also a member of the Association of Project Managers.

Ronald is client focused and has good interpersonal skills. His site experience is extensive, as is his knowledge of health and safety.

He is very experienced in providing client facing commercial & project management services, across a spectrum of sectors and projects. He has specialised primarily on Development of Super Prime and Prime residential property in London & Surrey. He also has delivery experience of NEC Form of Contracts. Seamus leads a team of Quantity Surveyors in our London Office.

Simon is a proactive and qualified Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager with over 15 years experience and has recently returned from a successful career in the Caribbean. Responsible for project strategy and delivery across multi discipline project functions. He has substantial experience in project management, project control, change management, project delivery strategy, procurement strategy, programme management and construction management implemented under various procurement and contractual requirements including the JCT and FIDIC suites. He also has practical and extensive site based civil construction; building construction and high end luxury fit-out experience.

Wayne has over 30 years experience in construction and property consulting.  Wayne has laterally focused on condition, compliance and sustainability issues relative to the management of property and estates UK wide.  The focus of our Asset Management Team is to maximise the value of a client’s investment in their property portfolio. Wayne has some 28 years direct experience of IT within a construction and property management environment and has accrued considerable knowledge of contemporary computer based Asset Management Systems and data collection technologies.

Bill is responsible for the operational aspects of our Compliance and Safety Division. His original background was in Asbestos Consultancy and Management where he developed considerable skills in project implementation and delivery. Bill has qualifications in Project Management, Fire Safety Management, Asbestos Surveying & Management, and Health & Safety with over 18 years’ experience in the industry.
